About the job

DEIF is a global leader in power management solutions, committed to innovation and sustainability. As Business Project Manager, you will take ownership of customer projects from initial dialogues to final delivery. Your role involves understanding and analysing customer needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring that the final solution is scalable and creates value for both the customer and DEIF. You will act as the key link between external customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales Managers, Development, and Engineering teams - ensuring technical feasibility, commercial viability, and smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage international customer projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring clear progress and stakeholder alignment
Engage closely with customers and sales teams to clarify and understand technical and commercial project requirements
Translate customer needs into concrete, scalable solutions in close cooperation with internal Engineering and Development teams
Drive project planning, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external resources
Facilitate technical discussions and support Engineering teams in solution definition, while maintaining focus on customer value and commercial outcomes

Our ideal candidate

Strong stakeholder and team handling skills across different functions and cultures
Solid project management capabilities, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution
Broad technical understanding - experience with energy management systems, power electronics or
Commercial awareness and understanding the business drivers behind customer projects and solutions
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel globally; preferred primary work location in Denmark (Skive or Silkeborg), Austria (Klagenfurt) or Germany (Bensheim)

The salary for the position is based on the Collective agreement for employees in the metal trade and starts at 4.000€ with possible overpayment depending in your experience and your education.
